An order will only be considered accepted after confirmation by WATCHLAB, and after receipt and processing of payment.

Purchases are subject to the company’s Return and Refund Policy.

WATCHLAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery to the carrier.

However, all sales are made directly between the customer and WATCHLAB.
